Great location close to a lake and within walking distance to town. Perfect spot for those exploring Crater Lake! 🏞️

Wifi wasn't working at all. When they advertise free wifi, they should make sure we get connected to wifi at-least. Speed can be lower but one should able to google few location nearby. Wifi provided was extremely horrible. We tried multiple access point at different time of the day. It didn't work at all.

As always most of these motels/hotels showers are low. Did we as Americans grown shorter since the 1960's??

The room was updated and modern with good amenities and 2 king size beds, which was great. All staff members were accommodating and exceptionally nice, providing helpful tips about Klamath Falls.

Bed was not bad. Did recommend a good steak house. Was given the wrong room, had to tell the front desk to change.
Carpet needed cleaning. Drinks left in refrigerator. Mold around bathtub. Wifi not good.

The location was excellent, near stores and close to Klamath County Courthouse. There was a variety of appetising breakfast options available. The staff was very friendly and offered complimentary wake up calls and ironing services.
